What - cooperative form of learning in which students alternately ask and answer questions on commonly read material (text, novel, newspaper article, movie)
Purpose - promote active learning; provide opportunity for listening, summarizing, explaining, and on-going feedback and reflection
Activity - Assign students (or self-select) to pairs.
Read assignment; write questions on major points.
Alternately pose and answer each other’s questions.
Teacher is available to answer questions and provide feedback.
