Certification Examination registration page.
Registration is now open for the computer-based CNE examination offered between July 7 - September 30, 2008. It will close on May 30, 2008.
Our testing partner Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc.
(AMP) has over 120 testing centers located nationwide. To locate a testing

You cannot schedule an examination test date and time with (AMP) until you have completed the examination registration process and have received a confirmation notice of eligibility.
You should anticipate receiving this notice from AMP by 6/25/08. If you do not receive notification by this date, please contact us at certification@nln.org. Please refer to the Candidate Handbook, (p.16) for information about
scheduling a computer-based examination.
The application will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. To begin the application process,
you must first read the CNE Candidate Handbook. Once you have familiarized yourself with the policies and procedures and are ready to officially register for the CNE examination, you will need the following:

Your RN license number and expiration date

Credit Card number and expiration date (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) Please note: checks, money orders, and cash are not acceptable forms of payment

A NLN member login name and password. You must have a record in our database in order to register for the CNE examination. If you are a NLN member, your member login name and password must be created by you. (Your password must include letters and a number.) If you have never created a member login name and password, please click here
to create your login name and password. Once you have created these, please return to this screen and proceed with the application process.

If you are NOT a member, contact membership@nln.org, during normal
business hours, and a Candidate ID number will be created for you. Once
you have a Candidate ID number, return to this screen and proceed with
the application process.
If you are not a member, but would like to join the NLN ($110 fee for individual membership) and save $80 on your registration, click here. Please be aware that it will take approximately 10 business days to receive your NLN membership ID number. It is necessary to have this number in order to register for the CNE examination at the discounted member rate.
