TOOLS YOU CAN USE: Our task groups have worked
diligently to create tool kits that provide methods for improving
the work environment, assisting in the recruitment and retention
of faculty, and supporting faculty in their work. These tool
kits are composed of multiple resources that assist nurse educators
and administrators in evaluating the climate, enhancing the
work environment, and promoting excellence and innovation in
their schools. As a member of the NLN, you may use or modify
these tool kits, at no extra cost.
