Cancellation Policy:
The NLN reserves the right to cancel any of the three intensive study groups or the entire event if minimum enrollments are not reached. In this event, you will receive a full refund on your registration. The NLN also reserves the right to substitute speakers.

Refund Policy:
Registrants who are unable to attend or send a substitute can obtain a refund of registration fees minus $75 for processing. A written request must arrive at the NLN by 5/7/10. For further information or questions regarding registration please contact Alyss Doyle at at adoyle@nln.org. No refunds will be made for registration cancellations received after 5/7/10 or for "no-shows."
