CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Abstract Submissions for The NLN Research and Leadership are
now closed.

CALL FOR POSTERS
Both conferences are soliciting abstracts for poster presentations in their respective areas: research or leadership.

CALL FOR PAPERS
The Research Conference is soliciting abstracts on nursing education research for concurrent session presentations. Ten abstracts will be selected and made available to participants in advance of the conference. During the conference session, authors will briefly summarize the highlights of their paper, and then spend the remainder of the hour discussing the paper with attendees.

Poster/Paper Submission Process
Abstracts must be no more than 300 words and submitted online at no later than 4:00 pm (EST) on October 24, 2008. Go to the bottom of this page to link to the appropriate form for abstract submission.

Please note that a confirmation indicating successful receipt of your abstract will pop up within seconds of clicking the submit button. If you do not see the pop-up message indicating that your abstract submission was received, contact Glamberti@nln.org for assistance. Please retain the pop-up message that your abstract has been received for your records.

Submissions must identify the primary presenter and any co-presenters. All communications from the NLN will be to the primary presenter, who will be responsible for communicating with co-presenters.

Authors of selected abstracts must register for the conference and are responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses.

Abstract Review and Selection Process
Both poster and paper abstracts will be sent to a team of reviewers for blind review. Decisions about selection will be made by November 6, 2008. If the primary presenter does not receive notification of a decision regarding the abstract by November 20, please contact Lynette Hinds, manager professional development,at Lhinds@nln.org or by telephone at 212.812.0309.
