WORKSHOP SPEAKER
Linda S. Christensen, a nurse-attorney and Chief Administrative
Officer at the National League for Nursing. Linda has taught
nursing at the graduate, undergraduate and diploma levels, served
as a nurse education administrator, and has practiced law as
a litigator. She is a frequent guest speaker on legal issues
affecting nursing education. Despite her love for nursing education,
Linda decided to expand her professional knowledge base by enrolling
in law school. After graduating with a Juris Doctor, she pursued
a dual career in both educational administration and trial law.
Ms. Christensen provides ongoing nursing-legal consultation
to various law firms specializing in malpractice and often serves
as an expert witness.
