To receive the early registration rate, payment must be received on or before 5/6/11. If paying by check, it is recommended that the envelope be post marked 5 days prior in order to make the deadline. For any payment received after 5/6/11, the regular rate will apply. Conference pre-registration closes on 5/31/11. On-site registration will be available on a first-come, first basis. We have had numerous requests to distribute a list of participants to attendees at our professional development events. We have decided to provide a list that includes name, school or organization, and email address so that participants can contact one another after the event to network around common interests.
