Using Assessment and Evaluation Strategies
(Core Competency 3):

Test Design and Measurement

The consultant will work with faculty on revising test questions to test higher-order thinking and critical synthesis. Topics include developing a test plan, revising existing questions to test higher levels of the cognitive domain, and how to revise existing questions for alternate format questions. The consultant will review basic test writing skills, but the consultation is most appropriate for faculty with basic test writing skills and an existing test bank.
