The 2013 NLN Leadership Conference
Transforming Leadership into Action: Disrupting Your Curriculum
January 10-12
Embassy Suites Phoenix - North
Phoenix, AZ
The National League for Nursing’s annual leadership conference
is designed for nursing administrators and faculty who are committed
to transformative leadership roles to advance the health of the
nation. The conference will be held from January 10-12, 2013 at
the Embassy Suites in Phoenix, Arizona.
In the context of the IOM Future of Nursing report first published
in October 2010, it is evident that innovative curriculum models
are needed in nursing education today. Participants at this dynamic
conference will discover ways to motivate and influence others to
lead curriculum reform and develop collaborative leadership strategies.
A major focus of this conference will be on ways to lead innovation
and be a positive “disruptor”. Conference speakers will
discuss use of collaborative leadership strategies to transform
curriculum models. We would like to offer sponsorship opportunities
to companies with an interest in promoting leadership skills for
nurse faculty and/or with products that would be of interest to
our attendees. Each sponsor will be thanked during the conference,
will be recognized in a press release disseminated by the NLN to
its national distribution list and a piece of approved literature
from the sponsor will be included in the conference handouts. We
will not have an exhibit area at this conference.
Sponsorship prices are as follows: - Speaker - $2,000
- Lunch - $1,500
- Breakfast - $1,000
- Literature Distribution Only $750
(per marketing piece)
We hope you will find our conference an appropriate audience for
your company. Click here to download the Sponsor Registration form.
