Diversity Took Kit©

In 2008, the NLN Think Tank on Diversity recommended the development of a toolkit to support administrators and faculty in schools of nursing endeavoring to expand diversity at their institutions.

A task group of the NLN's Nursing Education Workforce Development Advisory Council (NEWDAC) then created mechanisms for nursing education's expansion of diversity efforts in congruence with the think tank's proposals. The Task Group on Expanding Diversity in the Nurse Educator Workforce is proud to introduce the Diversity Tool Kit, comprising a number of resources that can be used by nursing education administrators and faculty alike to promote a sustainable culture of inclusion within the nurse educator workforce.
