CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find you cannot attend the conference and wish to receive a refund, you must notify us in writing either by mail or via fax to (212) 812-0391. We must receive your cancellation notification no later than November 9, 2012, in order to process the refund request. A $75.00 processing fee will be retained for each event transaction. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 9, 2012 or for "no-shows."

The National League for Nursing reserves the right to cancel the event or substitute speakers.

Should the event be cancelled, registration fees will be credited towards any NLN conference/workshop offered within twelve months from the date of the cancelled event. Fees not used within the twelve month period will become the property of the National League for Nursing and will no longer be available for your use by the registrant.
