Thank you for visiting the Arizona League for Nursing (AzLN) website. The AzLN is recognized as anl affiliate constituent league of the National League for Nursing (NLN). The purpose of the AzLN is to support and implement the mission of the National League for Nursing, Inc (NLN). which is to advance the quality of nursing education to meet the unique needs of diverse populations in an ever changing health care environment at the constituent level. Membership is open to persons interested in fostering the development and improvement of nursing services or nursing education.

Our Constituent League (CL) was formed in 2010 by a small group of nurse educators that believe in the mission and vision of the NLN.  Since then we have grown to over 100 members throughout the state of Arizona. In addition to sending a quarterly newsletter, we have partnered with our professional colleagues to bring nationally known educators to Arizona once or twice a year for conferences and actively participated in the annual NLN Summit. We offer mentoring, collaboration, online webinars, and scholarship opportunities to members.

There are many opportunities for participation on one of our many committees. These committees include Executive, Finance, Strategic Planning, Nominating, Scholarship, Mentoring, and Special Focus Committee.

Our CL believes in providing scholarship opportunities toward the cost of the Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) exam offered through the National League for Nursing (NLN) and the advancement of educational degrees.

If you are a member of our organization, thank you.  If you are interested in joining, visit our membership page to learn more.
