National League for Nursing - About the NLN
Constituent League Leadership Award
The award program for local members recognizes leaders
that go that extra mile for their state, the NLN, and the
nursing education community in two distinct categories:
- Outstanding Leadership of a Constituent League
– for an individual
- Innovative & Effective Membership Recruitment
– for a constituent league
2011 Leadership Award Winner
Susan Deane (c) of the Connecticut League received the Outstanding
Leadership Award at the Constituent League Leadership Workshop held September
21, 2011 prior to the NLN Education Summit. Connie Wilson (l) chair of the Constituent
Organization Advisory Council (COAC), and Linda Howe (r) ,BOG liaison to COAC
presented the award.
