Purpose: Measures a generalist staff nurse’s knowledge of community-based home health, with specific emphasis on the care requirements of adult clients.
Format: Two-part exam: Part I, Client Management (50 multiple choice, four-option items); Part II, Critical Thinking (20 multiple choice, four case studies, five test items for each).
Scoring: A total score and subscores are provided.

Administration: Can be administered in approximately 60 minutes.
Scoring: A total score and subscores are provided.

Scoring: A total score and three subscores are provided.
