Purpose: Assesses students' understanding of the care of adult clients who have common health alterations that require medical or surgical intervention. Includes items on communication, nutrition, and pharmacology.
Format: 110 multiple-choice, four-option items.
Administration: Schedule after completion of course work in adult client care. This test may be administered as a computer-based test (CBT) or paper-based test (PBT). All achievement CBT and PBTs must be administered in a secure, proctored environment unless otherwise directed.
Scoring: A total score and three subscores are provided. Normative data are based on the performance of students in PN programs.
