NURSING ACCELERATION CHALLENGE EXAM (NACE) II - RN to BSN: CARE OF THE CLIENT WITH A MENTAL DISORDER
[OTACHI035333]

Purpose: Addresses the broad spectrum of psychological wellness and illness. Evaluates understanding of psychosocial assessment and nursing intervention strategies to support client strengths.

Format: 132 multiple-choice, four-option items.

Administration: Can be administered in two and one-half hours. This test may be administered as a computer-based test (CBT) or paper-based test (PBT).

Scoring: A total score is provided as a basis to use in the decision to award credit for advanced placement in a baccalaureate nursing program. Score reports also include diagnostic scores for each area of nursing content and all areas of the nursing process. These diagnostic scores are intended to supplement faculty evaluation of students and to enhance the student's self-assessment of strengths and weaknesses.

Scores are normed on baccalaureate nursing students.
