1. PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing.
Place your order 3 to 5 days before your test date(s).
Be sure to include the following on the order form:
- Your six-digit institution ID number.
- An authorized purchase order* number, credit card, institutional check, or money order.
- The exact number of test administrations needed per test title.
- The e-mail address to where your order should be sent (imperative for online orders).
To ensure prompt service, please be sure to complete the order form. Incomplete order forms may cause delays.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
*PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY:
- A separate purchase order number must accompany each nursing program (if applicable).
- Indicate the purchase order number on the NLN order form.
- Be sure to follow-up official purchase order(s) with "Confirmation," or your order will be duplicated.
2. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
A link to your NLN online test products will be sent via e-mail within three business days from the date the order is placed.
Verify that the products and quantity ordered are listed correctly in your order confirmation e-mail. If you notice a discrepancy, immediately call NLN Customer Support Center at (800) 669-9656 or e-mail CustomerHelp@nln.org.
3. REFUNDS
If an error has been made by the NLN, notify NLN Customer Support Center within 10 days of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail for a full refund. If the discrepancy is on the part of the customer, notify Customer Support Center within 10 days of your order confirmation e-mail, and the customer will be refunded 75 percent of the order. If only a portion of the original order needs to be returned, notify Customer Support Center within 10 days of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail, and the customer will be refunded 75 percent of the partial order.
Deleting Exam Sessions:
If you abort an individual and/or entire exam session, ANY exam(s) that are in use and/or unscored WILL NOT BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Your account will be credited for only those exams that were never used or "unclaimed."
4. ADMINISTERING TESTS
Read the instructions guide included with your online order. Call NLN Customer Support Center at (800) 669-9656 if you have any questions about administration procedures.
First-time Test Takers (and Test Administrators) may take a short sample exam to familiarize themselves with the exam application once they log into the program. This exam includes a score report that will not be saved on the Test Taker's record. An extra five minutes should be allowed prior to the start of the actual exam for test takers to familiarize themselves to the online application.

NOTE:
- Each exam code can be used for one complete test administration only.
Exam breakdowns (test reports) are available online for two weeks from the date the test was scored. After this time, exam breakdowns will be archived. Please contact NLN Customer Support Center at (800) 669-9656 for details on obtaining archived or duplicate exam breakdowns.
NO PORTION OF ANY TEST MAY BE REPRODUCED
