1) PLACING YOUR ORDER
Please place your order 10 to 14 business days before the test date(s), and include the following on your order form:
- Your six-digit organization/institution ID number.
- An authorized purchase order, credit card, institutional check, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
- The exact number of test booklets needed per test to be administered.
To ensure prompt service, please be sure to complete the order form.
Incomplete order forms may cause delays.
*PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY:
- Indicate the purchase order number on the NLN order form.
- Be sure to follow-up official purchase order(s) with “ Confirmation ,” or your order will be duplicated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2) RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
- NLN test materials will be shipped via UPS ground (3 to 5 business days) within 72 hours after your completed order has been entered for processing. Priority shipping is available upon request; however, additional payment must be included for this service. Please contact NLN Customer Support Center for shipping charges.
- Inspect all test materials upon receipt. If any materials appear to be missing, immediately call NLN Customer Support Center for assistance.
- Charges on the invoice will include all test materials ordered, plus shipping and handling fees.
3) ADMINISTERING TESTS
Please review the Administrator's Manual enclosed in your order package for administering tests. Call NLN Customer Support Center if you have any questions about administration procedures.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Paper and pencil tests, whether used or unused, must be returned to NLN by a trackable shipping method within 60 days from the test date entered into our system at the tim e of order placement. Accounts w ill be suspended for each used or unused test booklet that is not returned to the NLN, and the account w ill remain suspended until all test booklets are returned to the NLN.
4) RETURNING TEST BOOKLETS FOR DESTRUCTION
All test booklets (used and unused) remain the property of the National League for Nursing and must be returned by a trackable shipping method immediately after administration of the test.
