Testing Platform Transition

NLN Assessment Services has changed testing platform providers and is in the process of moving scores, practice materials, and exam purchases to the new site. Students will need to create a NEW account. To request the transfer of practice materials or exams purchased in August, September, or October 2025, please complete this form. Your purchase will be verified before the transfer is complete.
