Elizabeth Reyna

NLN Membership Director and Foundation Manager

Elizabeth Reyna is a seasoned association management professional with nearly two decades of experience in membership development, donor relations, and organizational growth. Currently serving as Director of Membership & Foundation at the National League for Nursing (NLN) in Washington, DC, Elizabeth leads the full membership lifecycle, from recruitment and retention to engagement and recognition, while also overseeing the NLN Foundation for Nursing Education's fundraising strategy, scholarship programs, and donor stewardship.

 Prior to joining the NLN, Elizabeth spent nearly a decade at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), where she rose from Membership Coordinator to Associate Director of Member Retention and Engagement. In that role, she led a major database transition, directed retention strategies across key member segments, and managed dues revenue and engagement programs at scale.

 Elizabeth holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and earned her BA from the University of Virginia.
