Patrick Riecke is a nationally recognized speaker, coach, and former healthcare leader who helps individuals and organizations understand—and address—the real causes of burnout. Drawing from over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare and his own personal recovery from burnout, Patrick brings a practical, human-centered approach that goes far beyond self-care clichés. His work focuses on moral distress, psychological safety, and actionable strategies leaders and professionals can implement immediately. Patrick holds a graduate certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University, has authored books on grief and human connection, and teaches medical ethics for Indiana University. He is the creator of The Burnout Hub, a CE-accredited education platform, and co-author of Let’s Talk About Healthcare Burnout.
