This course will provide participants with opportunities to expand and refine techniques in best practices of prebriefing and debriefing in simulation. Participants can elevate their debriefing practice through close coaching and feedback on skills essential to theory-based debriefing methodologies. Conversations will explore strategies for unpacking learner thought process and navigating challenging debriefing situations.
