As a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of Simulation and Experiential Learning at George Washington University, Dr. Christine Thomas has over 30 years of experience in nursing education with a deep focus on simulation pedagogy, curriculum integration, and faculty development. Dr. Thomas’ previous work with the National League for Nursing includes facilitating over 50 simulation workshops across North America through the SESN and Advance to Practice programs. She has authored faculty development modules and presented nationally on simulation design, debriefing, evaluation, and transition-to-practice strategies. Dr. Thomas is passionate about mentoring educators and translating evidence-based practices into meaningful learning experiences.
