Adjunct Faculty

Dr. Nancy Frank has over 25 years of clinical practice experience in women’s health and medical-surgical nursing and over 10 years of experience in academia including leadership positions related to curriculum and evaluation. She earned her PhD from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a focus on nursing education. Dr. Frank is an adjunct faculty member at Messiah University and maintains a maternal-newborn clinical practice position with Penn State Health Hershey Medical Center. She previously served as the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation as a Deputy Director. In addition, Dr. Frank's research focuses on nursing education topics especially faculty concerns. She is certified by the National League for Nursing as an academic nurse educator.
