Dr. Anne M. Fink is Associate Dean for College and Student Services at Villanova University M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing and Director of the LEAD Professional Development Program, recipient of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing’s 2022 Innovations in Professional Nursing Education Award. She is a Certified Nurse Educator who has practiced in a variety of clinical settings and has over 30 years’ experience in nursing education. Her research agenda focuses on elimination of health disparities in maternal-child health. Dr. Fink has expertise in higher education leadership, evaluation of learning, business soft skills, distance learning regulation, student retention and NCLEX-RN success, and corporate training. She is a Governor-At-Large for the National League for Nursing and representative on the Certified Nurse Educator Commission. Dr. Fink is on the strategic planning committee of the Pennsylvania Workforce Coalition’s Nurse Diversity Council to increase nurse diversity and health equity in the state.
