Dr. Candace “Candy” Campbell is an international speaker, award‑winning actor, author, and filmmaker whose work bridges the arts and healthcare to educate, empower, and inspire. With four decades of experience in healthcare consulting, she partners with executive leaders and organizations to strengthen communication, leadership, and team performance. Her work includes strategic leadership retreat design and facilitation of interprofessional communication and teambuilding programs.
An accomplished academic, Dr. Campbell has published research on topics including the psychosocial impact of clinicians in combat, outcomes for families of extremely low‑birth‑weight infants, elective Cesarean delivery, U.S. health policy, Florence Nightingale’s writings, and the use of applied improvisation to improve communication in healthcare.
