Dr. Katie Jett is the Dean of the School of Nursing at Ponce Health Sciences University–St. Louis, with over 20 years of experience in nursing practice, education, and leadership. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency, trauma, and pediatric urgent care, she holds a bachelor's degree, two master's degrees, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence in healthcare education, innovative teaching strategies, and competency-based education.
Dr. Jett is an inaugural Robert Wood Johnson NurseTrust Emerging Leader Fellow and President of the Missouri League for Nursing. She is committed to advancing nursing through leadership, policy influence, and academic innovation.
