Patricia Lane is the Vice President of the Behavioral and Neuroscience Service Lines for Inova Health System in Northern Virginia. She is serving her second term as the Virginia Nurses Association Director-at-Large Chapter Representative and President of the Northern Virginia Chapter. She was awarded the Virginia Nurses Association 2025 Non- CNO Nurse Executive Nurse Leader Award. She has served in various leadership capacities locally, regionally and nationally and served as the liaison for 40 nursing specialty organizations to the American Nurses Association. Pat was inducted as a Fellow in the Academy of Nursing in 2015 for her impactful work in Neuroscience transformational leadership. She is a native Washingtonian and graduated with a degree in Biology from Virginia State University, Nursing degree from George Mason and her Master of Business Administration with a Health Care concentration.
