Testing Platform Transition Updates

The New Testing Platform
October 31, 2025, will be the final date testing is available on the current platform.
Starting November 3, all testing and reporting will move to Assess.ai.
School administrators and proctors will receive new login information around October 13.
Live training for administrators and proctors begins October 15.
Students will receive login information around October 20 and can begin scheduling exams for November 3 and later at that time.

Upcoming Changes to Virtual Testing Security and Pricing
As the National League for Nursing’s Assessment Services transitions to our new testing platform, we will also be implementing enhanced security measures for virtual testers.
Beginning October 13, all live remote proctoring will utilize Multi-Camera technology. This method uses the student’s cell phone as a second camera to capture areas typically outside the view of a standard webcam such as the desktop, the area behind the screen, and the screen itself. After the environment check is complete, the cell phone will be powered down for the remainder of the exam. This enhanced security feature will increase virtual testing costs by $5.
In addition, clients who previously used Proctorio for recorded remote testing will see an $8 increase as those assessments move to Proctor360’s on-demand auto-proctoring. This method includes automated ID verification, browser activity monitoring, and a detailed incident log with screenshots and timestamps.
Both live and auto-proctored exams will continue to be available 24/7, giving candidates the flexibility to test at their convenience.
