The NLN calls for multiple and fair measures for competency evaluation in nursing programs to ensure a diverse workforce. This center promotes valid, reliable, and evidence-based measurement and identifies best practices for establishing guidelines and standards of practice that recognize and value each test taker’s perspective, background, and context. In addition, the center provides tools and programs for the assessment of our other centers.
