Esmira Yusufova is a dedicated nursing educator and consultant whose work centers on advancing simulation‑based education and innovative teaching practices. She has guided nursing programs through simulation integration, curriculum development, and accreditation processes, helping faculty strengthen debriefing methods and assessment strategies that promote critical thinking and clinical judgment. In 2022, she was selected for the NLN Sim Leaders Cohort, an intensive program that further developed her leadership skills and expanded her collaboration with national simulation experts.
